The Weekend Food Backpack program continues to get much attention and has been very successful. We now provide 120 backpacks each week to students/families that are food insecure.

Seniors Movement will be hosting our annual holiday Dessert Buffet at ACT Cares on December 12th. DJ Matty will be on hand to perform holiday songs and the much loved oldies that get everyone up and dancing.

We get inquiries for teens looking to score service hours to satisfy school requirements. We have been recommending the students organize a collection of food (cereal, granola bars, fruit cups) to be used for our Food Insecurity initiatives.

Students can create flyers, host the collection and deliver to the recipient for their service credit.

Please contact us for a list of items needed.
